1. Parties This Agreement is entered into by and between GitTransfer (located at [Your Company Address], hereinafter referred to as "Carrier") and [Passenger's Full Name/Company Name] ([Passenger's Address], hereinafter referred to as "Passenger").
2. Subject of the Agreement The subject of this Agreement is the provision by the Carrier of [Airport Transfer/Point-to-Point Transfer] service requested by the Passenger and specified in the reservation details, for the agreed fee.
3. Service Details 3.1. The Carrier undertakes to provide a safe and comfortable transport service on the date, time, and route determined by the reservation confirmation. 3.2. The service will be provided with [Specify Vehicle Type, e.g., VIP Minibus, Luxury Sedan] type vehicles. Vehicles shall possess all necessary licenses, insurance, and safety equipment. 3.3. The Carrier undertakes to be present at the specified time and to transport the Passenger to the destination, except in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, traffic accidents, road closures, terrorist acts, etc.). 3.4. The Carrier undertakes to provide a vehicle suitable for the number of persons specified in the reservation.
4. Passenger's Responsibilities 4.1. The Passenger is obliged to provide accurate and complete information during reservation (flight details, number of persons, contact information, special requests, etc.). The Carrier is not responsible for any disruptions caused by incomplete or incorrect information. 4.2. The Passenger undertakes to be present at the designated meeting point and time. It is the Passenger's responsibility to inform the Carrier in case of flight delays. 4.3. The Passenger undertakes to comply with the safety rules determined by the Carrier or driver inside the vehicle. 4.4. The Passenger shall not carry any illegal, dangerous, or explosive materials in the vehicle without prior notice to the Carrier. 4.5. The Passenger undertakes not to damage the Carrier's property or vehicle, and to compensate for any damage caused.
5. Fee and Payment 5.1. The service fee is communicated to the Passenger by the Carrier at the time of reservation and mutually agreed upon. 5.2. Payment can be made online during reservation, via bank transfer, or in cash directly to the driver after the transfer is completed.
6. Cancellation and Amendment Terms 6.1. The Passenger has the right to cancel or amend their reservation free of charge up to 12 hours before the transfer time. 6.2. No cancellation or amendment is possible for reservations made after this period. 6.3. In case of cancellation or disruption originating from the Carrier, the Carrier undertakes to provide a full refund to the Passenger or offer an alternative solution.
7. Luggage 7.1. The Passenger is entitled to standard personal luggage. Large or special luggage (e.g., bicycles, ski equipment, etc.) must be declared during reservation. Otherwise, the Carrier does not guarantee the transport of such luggage. 7.2. The Carrier ensures the safe placement of luggage in the vehicle but is not responsible for the contents or loss of luggage.
8. Limitation of Liability 8.1. The Carrier is not responsible for damages resulting from delay or non-provision of service due to force majeure or circumstances attributable to the Passenger (incorrect information, delay, etc.). 8.2. The Carrier's liability is limited to the paid transfer fee. The Carrier cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, loss of profit, missed flights, etc.
9. Dispute Resolution For disputes arising from this Agreement, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Antalya, Republic of Turkey shall have jurisdiction.
10. Effectiveness This Agreement shall enter into force upon confirmation of the reservation by the Passenger or actual receipt of the service.
